OUR POLICIES
-We are not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen items.

- A 10 minutes grace period will be granted for clients who might running late. Please let us know as soon as possible if you'll be running late. If you happened to exceed the 10 minutes, we reserve the right to refuse partial or complete services. One late client can throw off our entire schedule and cause the other clients to be late for their commitments.

-There are NO REFUNDS for services completed at our salon

-Gift certificates are only available in store

purchase. -We accept all major credit cards except American Express

-We don't accept checks including personal, business, money order, etc.

-Gratuity may not be charge on credit cards.
